Representation Agent and Address of Record
If you do not intend to have a company address in Sweden, KagNag can provide a resident agent or an address of record.
These tasks may include:
- Mail screening,
- Mail forwarding,
- Receiving and replying to mail and communications with the Swedish government,
- File payroll tax or VAT reports,
- Obtaining VAT refund where appropriate,
- Control the tax account within the Tax Authority.
If needed KagNag can be registered with the Swedish Tax Authority as your official representative, for example in the capacity of VAT agent or Authorized Recipient of Service of Process (Swe. “Särskild Delgivningsmottagare”).
Mail Processing
KagNag offers a Virtual Office service and can process all your Swedish business mail. Our Mail Processing service includes:
- Mail Screening
- KagNag can open your mail and send you a notification regarding its content. The basic mail screening service is included in the standard payroll service offering.
- Basic translations
The majority of all correspondence with the Swedish Authorities is in Swedish. Basic English translations of the contents of your Swedish correspondence is included in our Mail Processing service, but if you need a detailed translation of a given communication hourly fee will be taken out. If necessary KagNagcan also direct you to an authorized translator.
Mail Forwarding
KagNag can serve as an address of record for your business in Sweden. Mail can be sent to you as a scanned PDF and/or physically forwarded without opening it. Mail forwarding fees are based on the volume and actual costs incurred by KagNag.
